DIRECTOR
CENTRAL OXFORD £30k - £33k
(Salary depending on experience.)

You will work with the Trustees and a small staff team to develop, co-ordinate and implement the work of the Fellowship. From a 95 year heritage of Christian opposition to war and service for peace, we work on a broad front of education, campaigning, public witness and support for active, spiritually-based nonviolence.

As Director you will embody the ethos and values of the Fellowship, provide vision and leadership for its work, and be responsible for the running of the organisation. You will have experience of successfully managing and growing a small voluntary organisation, and be able to communicate persuasively with varied audiences.
