March 14th 2012: At present we are only accepting booking requests by email or by phone. You can phone 01865 250781 during office hours (there is an answering machine), or you can email officeATfor.org.uk (replace the AT with an @ symbol and make sure there are no gaps).

There are certain questions we will need answering before we can accept a booking, and your answers submitted form a part of your hire agreement with us. Please download the paper booking form and either put your answers into the body of an email to us, or save a copy of the Word document with your answers written into it, and attach it to an email.

We hope to get the online booking form running again soon.
