Payment options

How paying works

We prefer it if you can pay a £15 key deposit amount prior to, and then pay the balance after, your event. A range of options are available for recurrent building users. You will receive your comprehensive invoice with your booking confirmation email. You get the booking confirmation email after you have submitted your booking request (step 4), but only if your request is approved. (It can sometimes take a few days since it relies on part-time staff to check the details.)

Once you have something to pay (when you've had your booking confirmation message from us), you can use the details on this page to pay online or by post.

Late cancellations of less than one week may result in loss of any deposit paid. Any additional amounts paid will be refunded, less GBP £12. Upon early cancellation, full amounts will be refunded.
