Laughter Yoga Workshop
Saturday 11th February 2012
Facilitated by Nihat Tsolak (London practitioner)
This is going to be an absolute fun day to de-stress and relax, surrendering to the wonderfully creative power of laughter.
We will immerse ourselves in the vast ocean of laughter using a range of Yogic exercises and meditation. You will learn key strategies to utilise in your everyday life, to optimize your "ordinary" experiences - and integrate all the energies that surround us.
Laughter yoga is an active form of exercise with lots of playfulness involved, to enable the release of tension and unnecessary limitation.
Please bring cushions/mats if you would like to - also some lunch to share with the rest of the group - drinks provided.
Nihat holds a MA in Psychology and has trained with Dr Madan Kataria and legendary Keith Johnstone (improvisation/drama). He has run classes for over 10 years, also in the music spectrum.

Time: 1pm to 5pm
The kingdoms of nature hold templates of energy which we need to be able to access for quantum growth and planetary healing.
Assisted by Merlin and Archangel Sandalphon, we will be attuning to the deeper, more subtle levels of natural vibration in order to develop and optimise our sensitivity, and learn to put this to practical use.

A Dynamic Enneagram Workshop with Tom Condon
Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th November, Henry Hodgkin Room, Peace House on Paradise Street, Oxford
Starting 9am
Change is the only constant; nothing stays the same. Even as we maintain our inner view of the world, the outer world keeps changing. Our success at living a complete life depends on how closely our inner map matches the outer territory; how willing we are to revise past learnings, adapt to new circumstances or surrender old defenses.
This workshop presents Tom Condon's new Five Elements of Change model - a general model of change that is specifically adapted to working with Enneagram patterns and problems. Each Element will be explored in-detail. Tom will demonstrate effective methods for helping people change and you will practice new skills in interactive exercises.
This workshop will teach you the framework used by exceptional coaches, counsellors and psychotherapists – how they think and act when they successfully help their clients change. It will also help you become your own best coach or therapist.
Topics will include: Each Enneagram style’s positive and negative motivation to change * 'Feel good,' 'feel bad' and 'feel nothing' defense mechanisms * The value of subtypes in producing change * How effective change methods work with different personality dilemmas * More NLP techniques newly applied to the Enneagram.
This workshop is about using the Enneagram's deep insights and therapeutic tools to help yourself and others change. Since the best way to help others change is to do it yourself, the workshop will be a safe place to make changes in your personal or professional life.
Recommended for Coaches, Counsellors, Therapists, HR professionals, Managers, Enneagram students, NLP students; anyone who works with or manages people and those seeking to make changes for themselves. Open to anyone familiar with the Enneagram through training or reading.
